The voice response system provides callers with basic case information and there is no charge for the service. This service is available in Spanish. Using touch-tone phone, dial 1-866-222-8029. The District of Maryland is prompt#4. You will be prompted to enter a case number, debtor's SSN, or debtor’s name.
The system will only provide information for filed cases. If you are unable to locate your case, it has not yet been filed, and you should therefore contact clients services at info@kimparkerlaw.com or by calling 410-234-2621.
All active clients that have an email account will receive a link to the firm's Customer Portal through MYCASE. Please login to MYCASE to obtain case information, including filing date, case number, documents, and all hearing dates. You may go to the "Client Portal" section of this website to login.
